A full day Komodo speedboat trip offers a daily departure from Labuan Bajo to Komodo National Park. This is the recommended tour package if you have only a shorter time on the Komodo holiday. You will be able to visit 6 interesting places in Komodo National Park.
Komodo National Park is the only place where you can find the Komodo Dragons, the world’s largest lizard. Not only the Komodo dragons, but the park also offers numerous breathtaking scenery. Enjoy the famous pink beach and snorkel with the Manta Rays at Manta Point.
Here are the places you will visit on your full day Komodo speedboat trip:
Pick up from your hotel in Labuan Bajo between 05.00 am and 05.30 am and then drive to the dock. The boat will leave between 06.00 am-07.15 am. The first to visit is Padar Island, trekking on Padar island for the spectacular view.
Next to visit is Komodo Island, where you will hike for Komodo Dragons. Spend approximately 2 hours on the island and enjoy your Komodo adventure. After that, you will continue to Pink Beach or Long beach. Having lunch, relaxing, snorkeling, and swimming.
The next destinations are Manta Point and Taka Makasar. Sail from Pink Beach to Manta Point and enjoy snorkeling with Manta Rays. This is the only place where you can find schools of Manta Rays in Komodo National Park. After that, you will continue to Taka Makasar. Swimming, rolling on the beautiful small white sandbar and taking pictures.
Visit Kanawa Island, another perfect island for snorkeling that stays close to Labuan Bajo. This is your last place to visit on your full day Komodo speedboat trip. Enjoy snorkeling, relaxing, and hiking on the island. After that, you will go back to Labuan Bajo. You will probably arrive at Labuan Bajo around 16.00, depending on the boat ride.
