Benang Kelambu waterfall tour is our best offer for your daily activities on Lombok island. We will pick you up at 08.00 am from your hotel in Senggigi or Mataram.
First to visit is Narmada Water Palace and then Benang Kelambu Waterfall, after that Pura Batu Bolong. You will pass the Colonial heritage city which is named Ampenan. It reminds me that Lombok was under the control of Colonial.
The city used to be the main economic activity in Lombok. There is also an old pier which has become a popular tourism object. This is also the best spot for having a sunset.
Narmada Water Palace is located on the West Lombok. It is about 15 minutes from Mataram and 45 minutes from Senggigi. The Water Palace was built in 1727 by Anak Agung Ngurah Karang Asem, Balinese King on Lombok.
The palace used to be the resting place for the kingdom family and the Pakelem ceremony palace. The ceremony is held every full moon by the kingdom family and the folks.
Benang Kelambu Waterfall is located north of Central Lombok Regency. It is exactly at Batu Kliang Village. Benang Kelambu refers to the words Benang and Kelambu.
Benang Means yarn and Kelambu means netting, so it may be in English Netting Yarns. You will do soft trekking for 1 hour from the parking area to the Water Fall.
Along the way from the parking area, you will walk through the coffee plantation. Besides that, you can also see some monkeys coming down the street.
Pura Batu Bolong is a Hindustan temple located on Senggigi Beach. This is one of the best places for having a sunset over Mount Agung Bali. Pura Batu Bolong is about 20 minutes from Mataram. It can take more time if the road is busy.
